Question

Seeing requests for a shutdown list. The requirements do the opposite. Can someone confirm those four stay on?

Note 1
Yes. HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, and Secure Boot: listed as on. This archive is not a set of steps for turning them off.
Note 2
A loader file from anywhere except the order is not the file the product page is talking about. Do not grab a fixer from a chat.
Note 3
If some other tool blocks the file, write to support with the order id and name the tool. Put GREEN or RED in the same note. RED and a blocked file are different problems.
