  1. Status before you load

    • Check the Status page. RED means do not load. Wait until it is GREEN.
    • A game or anti-cheat patch can make the previous file the wrong one. The label is the current build state, not a promise it stays green.

    • Read the load-order thread before you open a ticket. The listed systems are Windows 10 and 11 on Evrima.
    • If Status is RED, wait. If it is GREEN and one clean retry still fails, write in with your order id.
    • Easy Anti Cheat launch or install errors on the game itself are separate from loader delivery. Fix the game install first, then re-check Status.

  3. Delivery and refunds

    • A missing delivery, and a long RED window, are covered on the Refunds page. Include your order id when you write in.

  4. What we can and cannot help with

    • Supported: The Isle Cheats on Windows 10 and 11, evrima only, plus loader and delivery help for a paid license.
    • Not supported: other games, or copies of the loader from somewhere else.
